问题描述：家庭版托福 iBT 考试 (toefl.cn)，托福官方推荐使用火狐浏览器，但在设备检查环节提示如下问题，一些检测不能在该浏览器运行，打扰了，由于本周即将考试，甚是焦虑，麻烦给我一些具体详细的解决方法和操作步骤，谢谢了

Firefox does not allow access to CPU and RAM information. To check for these metrics, test your equipment again using Chrome Browser.

答案：Firefox不能通过cpu测试

解决方法：
1、找网站人工客服
2、换chrome浏览器
3、不通过测试也能考试
